Tom Wade, CDT is a 1976 graduate of the Dental Technology Program at the US Air Force School of Health Care Sciences, Sheppard AFB, Wichita Falls, Texas. He has owned and operated New Horizons Dental Laboratory in Broomfield, Colorado since 1983 and has always specialized in the fabrication of removables and implant prosthetics. He is a published author and lectures extensively on both clinical and laboratory aspects of multiple implant treatment of the edentulous arch, with an emphasis on 3D digital planning, the All-on-4® treatment concept and CAD/CAM milled titanium bar restorations.
Mr. Wade is a 2012 CDT of the Year nominee and is the lead instructor for two master-level dentures-on-implants courses, sponsored by the Ivoclar-Nobel Biocare partnership at the Implant Esthetics Center of Excellence in Sarasota, Florida.
Andrew J. Bock, DDS received his Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Biology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 2001. He then proceeded to Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Following graduation from Loma Linda in 2005, he entered the graduate prosthodontics residency program at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio. Dr. Bock graduated with his certificate in prosthodontics from UTHSCSA in 2008. During residency, Dr. Bock received training in the most up-to-date advances in computer-guided implant surgical planning and prosthesis design. Dr. Bock currently has a private practice in Loveland, Colorado. He maintains membership in the American College of Prosthodontists. Additionally, he is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, and the Larimer County Dental Society.
